sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 894px) 100vw, 894px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>RAW TCP\/IP <\/strong>tab is used to view, create, and manage any RAW (as in pre-NTRIP) style TCP\/IP connections needed to create mountPts from GNSS Base Stations.\u00a0 This type of stream is most useful to connect older GNSS Base Stations (typically &gt;10 years old) which do not understand the NTRIP protocol (and hence cannot emulate an NTRIP Server device).\u00a0\u00a0 This is discussed further in this article.<\/p>\n<p>Further details on how to set up and operate a RAW TCP\/IP stream are provided <a href=\"\/kb\/knowledge-base\/raw-tcpip-connections\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To operate one or more RAW TCP\/IP streams your <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>SNIP<\/strong><\/span> installation must have registered a <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Basic<\/strong> <\/span>License or better (operation of RAW TCP\/IP streams is also allowed during the evaluation period).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Hint<\/strong><\/span>:\u00a0 The above image shows six active RAW TCP\/IP mountPt streams on a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>SNIP<\/strong><\/span> node that has\u00a0 been running for about 15 hours.\u00a0 The ports 3000~3005 have been used for these connections (unlike the <a href=\"\/kb\/knowledge-base\/question-what-is-an-ntrip\/\">NTCIP<\/a> protocol, only one connection per port is allow with using RAW data).\u00a0 In the image above, three of the streams allow connection only from specific IPs (69.75.31.227 and 69.75.31.23), while the others (ones with the text &#8220;Open&#8221;) will accept data from any IP address.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Hint<\/strong><\/span>:\u00a0 You can right click and plot or decode the these Base Stations in the normal way.\u00a0 Another right-click selection will display the current Caster Table entry setup details for that stream to allow editing the Caster Table entry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a
